Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Account Executive, Sensei Cloud will own new business sales of Carestream Dental's Sensei Cloud software platform. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting into both existing Carestream Dental customers and net-new logos to persuade practices to modernize with our cloud-based DPMS solution. You'll run the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, with a focus on booking demos, delivering compelling product presentations, and walking customers through the onboarding and migration experience.

Success in this role means consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets through disciplined outbound prospecting, strong discovery, and confident product expertise.

Your Area of Focus

  • Drive new business by prospecting into existing Carestream Dental customers and net-new logos, persuading practices to migrate from on-premise or competitive software to Sensei Cloud
  • Execute high-volume outbound activity via phone and email to book qualified sales presentations
  • Run tailored product demonstrations of Sensei Cloud, articulating the value of modernizing to a cloud-based platform
  • Guide prospects through the migration and onboarding conversation, addressing concerns and building confidence in the transition process
  • Cross-sell Patient Solutions to Sensei Cloud customers at the point of interest through close
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect to signed agreement, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce
  • Achieve quota and key activity KPIs (prospecting volume, demos booked and completed, quotes sent, deals won)
  • Quickly and consistently document customer interactions in CRM
  • Become a subject matter expert on Sensei Cloud, staying current on product updates, competitive positioning, and industry trends
  • Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to share voice-of-customer insights and ensure a smooth handoff post-sale

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or solutions-based software, ideally in a high-velocity sales cycle selling into small to medium businesses, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and net-new business development. You're comfortable on the phone and know how to break through
  • Experience running virtual product demonstrations and managing a full sales cycle independently
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; ability to uncover pain, challenge the status quo, and build a compelling case for change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate technical product value to non-technical buyers
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools
  • Coachable, resourceful, and goal-oriented with a "must-win" mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • This is a remote position

Compensation: $90,000 to $95,000 USD OTE (split between base and commission), based on experience.
