POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding Storesight's and Shelfgram’s market footprint, specifically by growing revenue with the Shelfgram solution. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals with CPG brands. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas, working closely with a supportive team and a suite of sales tools.


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Territory Planning: Develop a strategy to achieve or exceed quota from an assigned territory of current customer and greenfield accounts.

     Pipeline Generation: Build pipeline 3x-4x of quota from both inbound leads and strategic outbound prospecting efforts.

     Sales Cycle Management: Manage structured sales cycles from discovery to demo to proposal delivery to close.

     New Customer Acquisition: Consistently convert new prospects to paying customers, leveraging proven sales methodologies.

     Upsell / Cross-Sell: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at current customers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

     Become Product Experts: Learn the Storesight and Shelfgram products in depth to effectively pitch, drive product demonstrations and prescribe our solutions to solve prospect/customer business challenges.

     Forecast and Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up to date pipeline and forecast expected revenue generation for the quarter.

     Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product, to optimize messaging, streamline workflows, and refine sales strategies.



QUALIFICATIONS

     Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or experience selling to brands.

     Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B software sales environment.

     Client-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to understand client pain points and articulate the value of Storesight’s offerings to meet those needs.

     Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills.

     Drive & Initiative: Results-oriented, self-starter with a passion for growth and learning.
