Buildern is the #1 Construction Management Platform, helping residential and commercial builders manage their projects, operations, and finances in one place. We're building the next generation of AI-powered construction management software, enabling construction companies to run smarter, more efficient, and more profitable businesses.

Construction is one of the world's largest industries, yet many builders still rely on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual processes to manage their operations. At Buildern, we're changing that.

With a proven product, a growing customer base, and strong momentum, we're looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Executive based in the United States to help accelerate our growth and expand our presence in the construction technology market.

This role goes beyond traditional sales execution. We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who can independently generate opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, and contribute to improving our sales strategies and processes. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, the Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and helping build a scalable sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and other outbound strategies.
  • Convert qualified inbound opportunities into customers by understanding their business needs and demonstrating Buildern's value.
  • Engage directly with owners and decision-makers of residential construction companies, building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's workflows, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Founder & CEO to refine go-to-market strategies, sales messaging, playbooks, and processes.
  • Own sales targets, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and consistently drive revenue growth.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to improve Buildern's product, positioning, and sales effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, including full-cycle sales ownership and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience selling construction technology software is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting without relying solely on inbound leads or SDR support.
  • Experience selling directly to construction business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to understand complex business workflows, identify customer challenges, and effectively communicate product value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling construction management, estimating, or project management software to residential builders.
  • Strong understanding of custom home building workflows, operational challenges, and financial processes.
  • Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience developing outbound sales strategies, playbooks, or scalable sales processes.
