Salary: $60,000 Base + Commissions = $110,000 OTE

Job Overview

The company is seeking an Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, customer success, and product — to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales expertise in a fast-paced, supportive startup environment.

What You'll Do
  • Become the face of the company with franchise and local independent tire and repair shops
  • Generate and manage a book of business that includes the entire sales cycle from initial call to close, and work and close all inbound leads
  • Book meetings and close deals — the team needs to communicate and demo products to as many prospects as possible, so you will be the main source of driving new leads/sales to the business
  • Track all field/phone/email interactions in the sales CRM precisely to help the business learn and gather data as it grows
  • Master the details of the company's suite of products and then pitch & demo these
  • Adapt to fast-moving business requirements & changes throughout the organization
  • Work and communicate positively and respectfully with others
  • Stay curious at heart — love learning and experimenting with new strategies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience (software/SaaS sales experience is a MUST)
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Process-oriented and organized with information and sales forecasting
  • Comfortable with performing live demos via phone or video conference
  • Proficient with reading data and recognizing trends to help optimize sales
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with constant change, as that is what comes along with building a startup business
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Located in the Boston area and able to work out of the office in Government Center 4x per week
