Role Overview

Vizit is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion among consumer brands selling through Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major ecommerce retailers.

You will own the full enterprise and mid-market sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, account planning, business-case development, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close. This role is well suited to a disciplined, consultative seller who can create demand for an emerging category and connect Vizit’s capabilities to measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and achieve an annual net-new bookings and ARR quota.
  • Develop and close new enterprise and mid-market customers within Vizit’s target market.
  • Build and maintain sufficient qualified pipeline to support quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prospect into priority brands through outbound outreach, referrals, events, partnerships, and executive networking.
  • Lead executive-level discovery around ecommerce, creative, digital-shelf, and content-performance challenges.
  • Build quantified business cases connecting Vizit to creative effectiveness, conversion, optimization speed, and team productivity.
  • Sell business value and outcomes while clearly articulating Vizit’s differentiated position.
  • Develop strategic account plans that identify initiatives, stakeholders, champions, economic buyers, competitors, risks, and paths to close.
  • Multi-thread relationships and establish mutual action plans and sales milestones for complex opportunities.
  • Partner with Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success on demonstrations, evaluations, pilots, and business cases.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity stages, next steps, close dates, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Bring customer and market feedback to Product and company leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of successful enterprise and mid-market sales experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, ecommerce, martech, adtech, or a related category.
  • A proven record of exceeding new-business quota and closing complex enterprise abd mid-market deals.
  • Experience selling to CPG, retail, ecommerce, or consumer-brand organizations.
  • The ability to engage executive stakeholders across ecommerce, digital commerce, brand marketing, creative insights, shopper marketing, and retail media.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience developing account plans, multi-threading relationships, identifying champions and economic buyers, and managing mutual action plans.
  • Disciplined CRM, pipeline-management, and forecasting practices.
  • The ability to communicate complex AI, analytics, and creative-intelligence concepts in clear business terms.
  • A data-driven approach to account strategy and value creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise technology into CPG, retail, or ecommerce organizations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media, PDP content, digital-shelf optimization, and ecommerce conversion.
  • Experience selling into an emerging category that requires customer education and ROI development.
  • Salesforce experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • New-business ARR and bookings targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy remain strong.
  • Priority accounts have focused strategies, broad stakeholder relationships, and clear paths to close.
  • Value-based sales processes improve win rates and reduce unnecessary sales-cycle friction.
  • Vizit is established as a strategic creative-intelligence partner for leading ecommerce brands.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role includes a base salary, variable compensation, and benefits. Final job level and compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.

Vizit offers competitive compensation, a 401(k), generous paid time off, health, dental, and vision benefits, a work/life allowance, and remote-work flexibility. Although headquartered in Boston, Vizit is a remote-first company and creates opportunities for teams to gather in person.
