Who We Are
The WeightWatchers Commercial Team drives the commercial strategy, awareness and engagement for our enterprise clients, prospects, and members . This team oversees the acquisition and full service of our clients and their members, driving powerful outcomes for individuals and their plan sponsors. The commercial team works with a variety of purchasers, including direct enterprise clients, payers, health plans, and channel partners.
What You Will Do
As an Account Executive, Partnerships at WW, you will be a key contributor to the growth of our partnerships channel. You'll focus on building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring they experience the full value of collaborating with WW. Your success will hinge on your ability to understand partner objectives, effectively communicate how WW can support them, and work closely with internal teams to deliver positive outcomes. You will play a vital role in driving partner engagement and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partnership accounts, establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with partner account executives
- Collaborate with partners to understand their goals and develop joint plans that showcase how WW can contribute to their success.
- Qualify leads coming through the partners
- Manage day to day follow-up related to partner pipelines
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Member Success, Product Marketing, Operations) to facilitate partner initiatives and ensure their needs are met.
- Assist the Head of Commercial Growth and Market Access in identifying and exploring opportunities to expand existing partnerships and forge new collaborations.
- Ensure Hubspot data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Keep all partner communication and sales support materials up to date and organized.
- Track key performance indicators related to partner engagement, satisfaction, and growth, providing regular updates and insights.
- Clearly communicate the value and return on investment (ROI) that WW delivers to our partners.
- Support the alignment of WW's offerings and roadmap with the evolving needs of our partners.
- Develop a solid understanding of your partners' businesses and advocate for their priorities within WW.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a partner-facing role, ideally within the health, wellness, employee benefits, or a related sector.
- Experience in supporting sales teams with the health care space especially health care technology solutions
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive, professional relationships with external stakeholders.
- A foundational understanding of business principles and the value of partnerships.
- Developing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing partner needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfort with standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and growing environment
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
