Job Description

This position is based in our 275 Grove St, Auburndale, MA 02466, USA office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our NetLine Growth sales team in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to position NetLine solutions effectively
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance on how NetLine's offerings can drive client success
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to account management teams

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to optimize client outcomes

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
  • Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or lead generation solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to B2B marketing and demand generation professionals
  • Knowledge of content syndication, lead generation, or intent data solutions
  • Existing network of contacts within target industries
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment

The salary range for this role is $42-$45k GBP + commission, based on experience.
