AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.


What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary growth driver for our AECO software portfolio, acting as a strategic partner to our customers by uncovering critical pain points and shaping the future of digital construction through high-impact expansion and relationship building.


Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the growth of established AECO accounts by uncovering expansion opportunities and delivering solutions that address critical business needs.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end buying process, collaborating with product experts and engineers to close medium and large-scale software contracts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching territory trends and developing long-range strategic sales plans.
  • Cultivate deep relationships across multiple customer personas to expand the scope and impact of Trimble's digital ecosystem.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while staying at the forefront of product innovation and construction industry trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions in a multi-stage sales process with a focus on strategy and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of at least $750K.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning.

Bonus Points For:

  • Sales qualification or sales methodology expertise: e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.
  • Expertise in navigating complex multi-level organizational structures within the AECO market.

Logistics

Location: Remote (PT or MT time zone) 

Travel Requirement: Average 20%, up to 50%

Compensation:  160k-170k OTE (Salary + Commission)

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
