  • Plays a critical role in building and growing relationships and book of business with significant clients
  • Provides strategic recommendations, with business/industry/service understanding, to our clients to drive account retention and growth
  • Navigates and collaborates with cross functional teams, including Strategy, Creative and Production
  • Is a consultative resource to our clients and internal team members, ultimately creating new business opportunities
  • Mitigates potential roadblocks, before an issue arises
  • Has strong financial management experience, with regard to business impact
  • Embodies the voice of the client in all internal discussions
  • Understands complex financial management to increase profitability of accounts and position business well for future growth 
  • Manages 1–2 direct reports

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and motivated, but a team player
  • Great presence and sticky with clients
  • Demonstrated experience in an agency environment – bonus points if you have virtual event and content marketing expertise
  • 7–10 years of experience Account Management, Strategy or another client facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.

Salary Range: $100-150K
