JOB OVERVIEW:

This is the perfect role for a leader who is inherently, naturally, gloriously social, both online and off. Everyone wants your input, opinion, and approval. People trust you. You feel in your bones what's on-brand for your clients, and you efficiently, effortlessly direct a team to deliver the right work, every time.

You'll bring a deep understanding of the creator economy and social landscape. You'll know how to translate brand objectives into culturally relevant programs that resonate with audiences and drive business results.

Experience working with kids' brands, family audiences, and/or the tabletop gaming industry (board games, trading card games, puzzles, collectibles, etc.) is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will deepen client relationships and grow their business in meaningful ways. Your day-to-day work will be strategic in nature, developing initiatives and providing creative, practical solutions to client challenges. You'll devise engagement strategies, oversee creator campaigns, and ensure every touchpoint stays true to the strategic vision and brand voice across channels.

  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Direct and have a positive impact on projects, teams and clients by providing direction and a direction and vision to follow

  • Lead integrated social, creator, and influencer marketing programs from strategy through execution

  • Partner closely with our creator partnerships team to help identify opportunities, evaluate talent, and ensure creator content aligns with brand objectives

  • Maintain a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understands the strategic goals of the account and contributes to their communication to the agency team

  • Mange and mentor junior staff members

  • Communicate proactively with senior leadership about account health while identifying and solving challenges before they escalate

  • Manage high-volume content pipelines across multiple accounts and platforms.

  • Expertly juggle overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Strong organizational systems to track content workflows, reviews, and stakeholder approvals

  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on strategy

  • Lead multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining both strategic oversight and executional excellence

  • Make informed, timely decisions and pivot strategies to meet changing client or market demands

  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for scalable content production

  • Remain calm under pressure and thrive in deadline driven environments with competing priorities

  • Confident communicator who keeps clients and internal teams aligned through complexity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 6+ years’ experience in digital/social/creator account management

  • Experience working with influencers/creators, and a passion for the growing creator industry

  • Experience implementing social media, digital, creator, and integrated marketing campaigns

  • Experience working with kids' brands, family audiences, and/or the tabletop gaming industry (board games, trading card games, puzzles, collectibles, etc.) is strongly preferred

  • Natural leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing teams

  • Excellent communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic

  • A demonstrated passion for and exceptional understanding of the social media and creator landscape

  • A deep understanding of relevant social ad operations and optimization

  • Uncanny attention to detail

  • Outstanding presentation and client facing communication skills

  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

  • Big brand experience a must!

Base salary range: $110-150K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
