What We’re Looking For: 

The Assignment Team is responsible for all aspects of new accounts including entry into VIPR from integration partners, troubleshooting errors that can occur during the assignment process, assigning all new non-skip accounts to agents including specialty vehicles, and reassigning and/or coordinating additional fees for agent declined accounts. 

You Will:

  • Review declined assignments within the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor; or determine if there is a conditional exception.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity to complete the daily assignment.  

  • Maintain quick assignment turnaround in a high volume and fast-paced environment.

  • Assign and manage recovery agents as needed.

  • Work as a liaison between client and recovery vendor within the assigned queue.

  • Identify issues within the queue as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems. 

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities. 

  • Perform other administrative duties as directed by PAR Management.

 

Must Have’s: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and effectively in writing. 

  • Competent office skills are required.  Daily use of Google applications such as Gmail, Docs and Sheets 

  • Implement and assure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics.

  • Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team.
