We’re looking for a data-driven, innovative, and collaborative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts targeted at high-value pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research stakeholders. As part of our B2B marketing team, you will design and deliver highly personalized, multi-channel campaigns that directly align with the goals and priorities of our sales and business development teams.
This role blends brand-interaction with precision ABM strategies, giving you the chance to make a significant impact at the intersection of enterprise marketing and account personalization.
What You’ll Be Working On:- ABM Strategy & Planning:
- Support the Senior Director in translating go-to-market strategy into actionable multi-channel marketing plans specifically for targeted accounts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ABM and Business Line marketing plans aligned with product evolution, business objectives, and growth targets.
- Prioritize accounts, segments, and campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs and content that target high-value accounts.
- Supporting business line growth across Reify Health companies; CareAccess Future of Medicine Program, StudyTeam, Global Site Network and Site Solutions.
- Campaign & Content Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel Account Penetration and ABM campaigns.
- Leverage existing company content to support engagement across various media (web, social, digital channels, PPT/Slide, PDF, video, webinars, conferences, etc.) for account penetration and general ABM activities.
- Write engaging, on-brand materials that resonate with target accounts.
- Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and personalization tools to deploy account-relevant content and nurture campaigns.
- Support lifecycle and upsell programs across business/product lines to increase engagement, retention, and share of the sponsors’ pipeline.
- Support account-specific content creation and utilization.
- Direct the B2B Product Marketing team on campaign execution needs and best practices, overseeing the creation of aligned outreach campaigns.
- Measurement & Optimization:
- Work with marketing/sales/IT operations to ensure campaigns are measurable, scalable, and aligned with data governance practices.
- Set baseline KPIs, track performance, and adjust tactics as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage tools to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Enablement:
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development (BD), and Business Development Representatives (BDR) teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate with BDR teams on lead management, follow-up, and business line-specific outreach programs.
- Work with Sales & IT operations on lead, contact, and account data to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth and impactful launches, clear positioning, and ongoing education for new and enhanced platform capabilities.
- Work across the company with other audience-specific marketing teams and internal support groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related clinical development field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM.
- 2-5 years’ experience targeting sponsors or sites, or experience at a pharma or biotech company preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing AI tools, LinkedIn navigation, and digital channels preferred.
- Data-driven, best-practice-oriented, and creative approach to B2B ABM.
- Ability to support in an ever-changing global market, and in a company focused on leading the charge to overcome key clinical development bottlenecks.
- Story Branding experience is a plus
