About Invoca:

Invoca leads the revenue execution platform market by using AI to link online marketing with offline sales teams and optimize every stage of the buying journey. With over 300 employees, 2,000+ customers, and $100 million in revenue, there are tremendous opportunities to continue growing the business. We are building a world-class SaaS company and have raised over $184 million from leading venture capitalists, including Upfront Ventures, Accel, Silver Lake Waterman, H.I.G. Growth Partners, and Salesforce Ventures.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing to spearhead our ABM strategy for the Mid-Market and Corporate segments, driving significant pipeline and revenue. You possess a strong passion for ABM, thrive in close collaboration with sales, and are excited to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.

As an individual contributor, you'll own the development, execution, and measurement of 1:few ABM programs targeting key accounts. Collaborating closely with the Enterprise ABM counterpart for strategic alignment and reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you'll partner with sales, marketing, and RevOps to build cohesive, multi-channel campaigns (including direct mail, targeted digital ads, personalized email, etc.) focused on generating pipeline within target accounts. You'll be responsible for in-depth performance analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving improvements against key ABM metrics, with a strong emphasis on pipeline generation.

You Will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies and quarterly plans in close partnership with the Mid-Market sales team, aligning with their business requirements and contributing to the overall GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, reps, and SDRs on account targeting, segmentation, and prospect list development to ensure ABM programs directly support pipeline generation goals within target accounts.
  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns leveraging Demandbase, Sendoso, Marketo, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies. This includes digital campaigns, personalized content and experiences, direct mail, gifting, and supporting field-focused events.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data within Demandbase, Salesloft (or similar), and Salesforce to identify trends, optimize tactics for pipeline acceleration, and provide regular program status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the segment-specific ABM budget, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Accurately measure and report on key ABM metrics, including pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness, and overall return on investment.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing and Demand Generation, with a proven ability to design and execute programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of B2B Enterprise and Mid-Market marketing strategies, including 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM approaches.
  • Strong experience partnering with distributed sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, revenue operations, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms—Demandbase strongly preferred—and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with complementary tools such as Sendoso, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Marketo is a plus.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns through performance analysis and driving pipeline acceleration using a metrics-driven approach.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in developing compelling, personalized messaging and campaign content.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
