Responsibilities:
- Collaborate alongside co-instructors to teach a class of high-school aged students
- Each Academies program is a week-long - you will likely be teaching new students every week
- Class sizes vary by subject (capped at 30) and we target a student-instructor ratio of no more than 15:1
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on our provided curricula.
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and facilitate them in creating a capstone project
- Assist with program logistics if necessary
- Current Harvard undergraduate student
- Passionate about education and working with students
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commit to working for given program weeks
- No prior teaching experience necessary!
