Lead the implementation of Casepoint software and manage FOIA request workflows, ensuring compliance and collaboration across teams.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the implementation of Casepoint and manage FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request workflows. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of Casepoint’s eDiscovery and FOIA modules, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment across legal, IT, and records management teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of Casepoint software, including configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support.
- Manage FOIA request workflows, ensuring timely and compliant responses in accordance with federal/state regulations.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with Casepoint vendor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.
- Train end-users and develop documentation for FOIA and Casepoint processes.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in legal tech or public sector environments.
- Proven experience with FOIA processes and Casepoint or similar eDiscovery platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and public records laws.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with government agencies or legal departments.
- Familiarity with other legal tech platforms (e.g., Relativity, Exterro, OpenGov).
