Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, have coding experience, understand software development fundamentals, and be authorized to work in the United States.

- You're working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical discipline
- You can write, test, and debug code in one or more software development languages
- You have a general knowledge of design and development tools, and familiarity with concepts like version control, data structures, and the software development lifecycle
- You have exposure to and are curious about how AI and AI-assisted development tools are reshaping modern software engineering, and ready to build fluency in them
- You bring learning agility, critical thinking, and curiosity - you ask why before jumping to how
- You have a focus on continuous learning, a growth mindset, and accountability for your work
- You collaborate well with others and keep the customer in mind
- You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
