Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Full-time Job Description

Takeda's Commercial Leadership Program is a highly selective program that develops leaders by incorporating intensive on-the-job training with supplemental development and interaction with our global business leaders. In this highly visible development program, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategic organizational initiatives and work on meaningful assignments that drive our business forward. Program participants will use business & management knowledge, problem solving, and relationship management skills during high-impact strategic assignments designed with the purpose of building a sustainable pipeline of high potential Commercial Talent at Takeda.
As a full-time Takeda employee, you will spend approximately 18 months completing two 9-month rotations in potential areas such as:

• Sales
• Brand Marketing
• Managed Markets
• Commercial Analytics
• Patient Services
• Commercial Operations

Qualifications:

• Completion of MBA degree program, preferably with an emphasis on marketing or general management
• Three to five years of prior work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Global mindset to thrive in a diverse culture and environment
• Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$111,800.00 - $175,670.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
