Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Visual ad creation to proper and optimal sizing depending on the target venue.
- Social media graphic development, and quality assurance to proper and optimal sizing, depending on the target venue.
- Web Page Layout - Samples: (WordPress / Elementor).
- Email layout/design, including all required optimizations.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance across different devices and platforms.
- Prepare and resize images while maintaining proportional integrity and optimal file size appropriate to intended use.
- Ability to carefully enter and proof data being inputted into online systems.
- Review forms and transcriptions related to client leads and correspondence and qualifying/cleansing of the data.
- Assist with various report assembly, research, and other marketing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles and eye for detail. Offer creative suggestions to assigned projects.
- Basic understanding and experience of HTML, CSS.
- Proven ability to work in platforms such as, or similar to:
○ Wordpress
■ Elementor.
■ WP Bakery.
○ Hubspot.
○ Sharpspring.
○ Emma (or other email marketing platforms).
- Proficient in using applications such as or similar to: Photoshop, Canva.
- Illustrator and InDesign a plus.
- Proven experience working with B2B companies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, following briefing and instructions, without the need for closer supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This is a temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on client needs.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
