Establishes BI best practices, scalable processes, data models, dashboards, and presentation layers while improving user adoption and business productivity. Collaborates with global IT and business teams, troubleshoots BI applications, scopes improvement initiatives, and manages multiple projects.

Coordinates and manages full-cycle recruiting for the Information Services Department across the US and UK. Responsibilities include job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, hiring approvals, background checks, applicant tracking, offer negotiation, hiring-manager consultation, and recruitment support. The role also supports senior recruiters, manages multiple priorities, maintains records, and ensures compliance with hiring regulations.

Designs and develops web and native user interfaces, improves shared UI frameworks, implements features using modern web technologies, resolves client issues, collaborates on requirements and user experience, participates in full-stack development, and conducts peer code reviews.

Develop and implement PeopleSoft Finance solutions, including General Ledger and Expenses modules. Build interfaces that import flat-file extracts from external systems, explain technical approaches clearly, and mentor other developers. Strong communication skills are essential.

Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers. Deploy and migrate systems on AWS, architect cloud solutions, test new configurations, manage Apache or NGINX environments, troubleshoot networking issues, and implement load-balancing and monitoring solutions. Preferred experience includes orchestration tools, Jenkins, scripting languages, and RHCE certification.

Develop, test, and maintain IBM DataPower interfaces and systems using SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, and backend orchestration. Configure web service proxies, caching, security, and appliance administration. Support new system implementations, enhancements, maintenance, documentation, and security technologies including authentication, entitlements, and encryption.

Develop and support J2EE applications, build business functions and web services using object-oriented design, and troubleshoot, fix, and test defects from change control or production activities. The role requires strong Java development skills, familiarity with enterprise frameworks and application servers, Oracle databases, design patterns, and web services. Candidates need six to eight years of Java systems development experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer or information science.
