Support four adults with autism in a new shared home by promoting community inclusion, providing mentorship and role modeling, developing and implementing service and treatment plans, maintaining progress notes, coordinating healthcare and dental needs, and building relationships with families and providers.

Provide direct support to adults with disabilities in residential and community settings. Assist with hygiene, independence, service plan implementation, healthcare access, and community outings. Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and service providers; work awake overnight or day/evening shifts as assigned.

Manage a group home for Deaf/Hard of Hearing adults with IDD, providing person-centered support, program development, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and healthcare coordination to promote independence and quality of life.
