Provide direct care and support to deaf and hard-of-hearing adults in residential programs, promote independence, implement service and treatment plans, assist with hygiene and healthcare access, and build relationships with individuals, families, and providers.

Provide vocational support to individuals with disabilities: assess skills, develop career plans, teach job skills, prepare for interviews, coordinate referrals, build employer partnerships, monitor progress, provide crisis intervention, complete ISPs and reports, and support job retention and advancement.

Provide direct care and support to adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, promoting independence, implementing service and treatment plans, assisting with hygiene and healthcare access, and building relationships with clients, families, and providers.

Supervise float operations across federal and commercial locations, supporting custodial, snow removal, grounds maintenance, food service, and administrative services. Coordinate staff, including individuals with disabilities, while maintaining strong customer service, communication, organization, and operational flexibility. Work primarily weekdays with occasional nights or weekends, travel between locations as needed, and provide on-site support based on operational requirements.
