Manages pre-award research administration for a portfolio of principal investigators, including funding opportunity reviews, proposal preparation and submission, budget development, compliance checks, electronic applications, sponsor communication, and award transitions. Collaborates with internal teams, sponsors, and partner institutions while ensuring adherence to federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements.

Develop and test instrumentation for measuring triple oxygen isotope composition of dissolved oxygen, design extraction and reduction systems, calibrate and field-test prototypes for at-sea use, analyze complex datasets, prepare manuscripts and reports, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
