Lead UX strategy and execution for enterprise-scale digital platforms. Create concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and specifications. Collaborate with product, development, and project teams, implement enterprise design systems, ensure WCAG accessibility, and manage design resources to deliver cohesive, brand-consistent human-centered experiences.

Lead production work from concept approval to final delivery across print, presentation, social and internal communications. Ensure files meet technical specs and brand standards, troubleshoot production issues, manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintain file organization and time entry practices, and collaborate with producers, PMs and creative leads.

The Creative Director will lead and execute high-impact visual campaigns, collaborating with teams, engaging clients, managing projects, and mentoring junior staff, while bringing deep production experience and strategic thinking to the role.
