Manage day-to-day operations of a 28-bed residential recovery program for women: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee scheduling, intake, therapeutic milieu, administrative functions, EHR documentation/audits, training, safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, trauma‑informed care.

Provide direct support to adults in substance use and co-occurring disorder recovery programs through room/house checks, informal counseling, group support, medication oversight, intake/discharge assistance, household tasks, documentation, and crisis guidance within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.

Provide recovery support navigation and community-based case management for high-need clients with mental health and substance-use disorders. Manage a community-based recovery program: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee intake and scheduling, ensure safe therapeutic milieu, maintain EHR documentation and program census, manage administrative tasks (revenue, costs, supplies), provide staff training, conduct drills and incident reporting, and support clinical programming.

Lead IT strategy and day-to-day technology operations for a behavioral health nonprofit. Manage infrastructure, MSP relationships, security and compliance (HIPAA/PII), AV and voice systems, website and business applications, budgets, and data management. Develop multi-year technology plans and enforce policies to support mission-critical services.

Manage daily front-desk and administrative operations for behavioral health clinics, supervise reception staff, coordinate scheduling/referrals, ensure insurance verification and EHR workflows, support onboarding/training, maintain office supplies and quality-improvement activities, and communicate operational issues to clinic leadership.
