Manage and grow assigned key client accounts for last-mile parcel delivery. Serve as primary client liaison, develop account strategies, drive upsell/cross-sell, monitor operational performance, lead business reviews, produce performance reports and SOPs, handle billing/AR, support onboarding, resolve escalations, and mentor junior staff.

The Key Account Specialist/Manager manages key client relationships, addresses inquiries, analyzes client needs, monitors deliveries, conducts performance reviews, prepares quotations, and identifies growth opportunities while ensuring timely billing and support for business objectives.

The Site Planning Specialist is responsible for designing logistics hub layouts, optimizing workflows, implementing 6S standards, coordinating projects, and providing reports on site efficiency.
