Provide national transactional and operational support for benefits and leave programs: process benefit elections and corrections, administer COBRA, enter and track leave transactions in ADP, support vendor and payroll coordination, maintain secure records, prepare standard correspondence, assist with training and audits, and provide backup coverage while escalating complex or legal matters to senior HR staff.

Coordinates onboarding for new hires and rehires, including offer letters, employment verification, background checks, I-9 forms, personnel files, HR data entry, and system activation. Ensures compliance with hiring policies, maintains accurate records, supports onboarding sessions and manager training, responds to employee and manager inquiries, and delivers a welcoming onboarding experience. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, and English/Spanish bilingual skills.

Leads building engineering operations and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, reliable infrastructure performance. Oversees HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, contractors, inventory, compliance documentation, safety programs, and QA/QC processes. Supervises and develops engineering staff, responds to emergencies, supports infrastructure assessments and projects, and ensures building systems achieve maximum uptime and asset value.
