Lead and oversee all facility and custodial services for the account, managing budgets, staffing, vendors, QA/safety programs, contracts, schedules, and client relationships to deliver 5-star service and continuous improvement.

Manage facility operations, maintenance, and engineering services for a life-science facility. Lead engineers and technicians, oversee HVAC/electrical/plumbing/life-safety/lab systems, run preventive/predictive maintenance, manage projects and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, and coordinate vendors while responding to after-hours emergencies.

Provide national transactional and operational support for benefits and leave programs: process benefit elections and corrections, administer COBRA, enter and track leave transactions in ADP, support vendor and payroll coordination, maintain secure records, prepare standard correspondence, assist with training and audits, and provide backup coverage while escalating complex or legal matters to senior HR staff.
