Provides nursing care for senior living residents by conducting wellness assessments, monitoring health changes, managing medications, auditing MAR/TAR records, coordinating with families and clinicians, following up on incidents and falls, maintaining compliant documentation, supporting infection control, and training care team members.

Leads operations across multiple senior living communities, overseeing care quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, occupancy growth, revenue strategy, P&L performance, budgeting, and resident satisfaction. Recruits and develops executive directors, uses KPIs and reporting to improve performance, manages risk and quality assurance, and partners cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development.

Leads all aspects of senior living community operations, including care, sales, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, resident experience, team engagement, recruiting, and leadership development. Manages P&L, budgeting, labor, expenses, revenue strategy, referral relationships, and performance management while ensuring high-quality service for residents and families.
