Builds and maintains business development dashboards, datasets, reports, automated workflows, and AI-enabled internal tools. The role analyzes pipeline and revenue performance, develops research-backed briefs, improves existing systems, and identifies new data solutions. It partners with IT, Data, and AI teams, translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, presents findings to leadership, and mentors colleagues on analytics and tooling.

Leads complex operational excellence programs from problem definition through implementation. Responsibilities include structuring strategic initiatives, building roadmaps and success metrics, managing cross-functional delivery, analyzing operational data, coordinating stakeholders and governance, and enabling adoption through field engagement, pilots, communications, and training. The role partners with executives, regional operations, analytics, IT, construction technology, and change management teams to improve enterprise performance.

Manage enterprise AI assistant rollout, governance support, licensing, feature enablement, usage reporting, training, office hours, user feedback, pilots, and adoption programs. Partner cross-functionally with IT, security, legal, data, engineering, learning, communications, and business teams to promote safe, effective AI usage. Track adoption, spend, utilization, engagement, and business impact while coordinating AI Champions and enablement initiatives.
