Builds and manages an internal instructional design team, establishes design standards and governance, partners with business leaders, evaluates learning technologies, manages vendors, and drives learner engagement and continuous improvement. The role is hands-on, requires four days per week onsite in Boston, and includes travel of up to 25%.
