Design, develop, and deploy advanced software systems using systems engineering and MBSE. Derive and document requirements from incomplete software implementations, create SysML models in Cameo, perform capability gap analyses, and maintain traceability across the systems lifecycle. Collaborate with domain experts and software teams on mission planning, ISR management, and decision-support applications. The role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and supports a hybrid work environment.

Lead and scale a classified test and evaluation organization, including specialized R&D teams, customer relationships, proposal capture, multi-million-dollar P&L management, program execution, security compliance, and employee development. The role requires extensive classified testing experience, technical credibility in an advanced engineering domain, successful defense contract capture, experience across Western Test Ranges, an active Top Secret clearance, and DoD test-school training.

Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to research, develop, test, integrate, and demonstrate advanced signal processing, optimization, and machine learning algorithms for radar, electronic warfare, and sensor systems. Oversee modeling/simulation, algorithm T&E, customer engagement, and technical briefings for defense and intelligence applications.
