Develop custom systems for hypersonic flight vehicles, manage technical requirements, and participate in collaborative engineering efforts and testing activities.

Drive business development and capture strategy across Department of Defense programs, focusing on tactical aircraft and weapons systems. Identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with program offices and operational stakeholders, shape requirements and acquisition strategies, develop capture plans, influence teaming and positioning, and grow the qualified pipeline. The role requires defense-sector relationships, military or congressional experience, and familiarity with major defense primes.

Develop and maintain embedded flight software for custom avionics and ground support systems. Responsibilities include software architecture, requirements, hardware drivers, communication interfaces, flight algorithm integration, real-time operating systems, hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing, vehicle integration, flight-test support, documentation, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
