Lead design, research, and productionization of advanced NLP and LLM systems (NER, classification, generation, RAG/GraphRAG, semantic search). Drive experiments, model evaluation, data labeling strategy, and integration of NLP models into production workflows while providing technical leadership across engineering, product, and data teams.

Lead research, design, and production implementation of computer vision and ML solutions. Define architectures, run experiments, own model lifecycle (data, training, evaluation, deployment), optimize inference, set MLOps standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-quality CV features.
