Lead full-cycle global recruiting for commercial and go-to-market roles (and select Support/Enablement/G&A), build proactive candidate pipelines, execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, partner with commercial leaders, use market insights and AI tools to improve candidate engagement and time-to-hire, and advance TA initiatives including AI adoption, employer brand, and ED&I.

Prospect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities via inbound management and outbound outreach. Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to set meetings, report market feedback, manage renewals/up-sells, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet targets.

Own end-to-end order fulfilment and distribution across North and Latin America for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and regulated products. Coordinate international cold-chain air-freight shipments, manage US warehouse/3PL relationships, ensure customs/import documentation compliance, and act as regional customer contact to resolve delivery issues while collaborating with production, sales, and logistics partners.
