Leads Sonos’s ecommerce growth function, owning demand creation, acquisition, merchandising, funnel optimization, experimentation, SEO/GEO, measurement, and conversion performance. Manages a team of three and establishes the operating model for campaigns, testing, and reporting. Partners across marketing, product, analytics, creative, and commercial teams to connect paid, owned, earned, and CRM activity to DTC revenue, while improving site content, product discovery, onboarding, and purchase conversion.

Leads Sonos’ global enterprise technology organization of approximately 150 employees across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture. Sets enterprise technology strategy, owns ERP, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, customer service, and revenue systems, and operationalizes AI and automation. Oversees data platforms, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, vendors, investment planning, SOX controls, and SEC incident readiness while partnering with executive leadership to improve customer and business outcomes.

Leads Sonos’ strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, corporate development screening, M&A diligence, and GTM partnership function. The role closes high-impact deals with platform, content, ecosystem, and technology partners; develops licensing and revenue-share opportunities; translates partnerships into measurable business outcomes; and builds a high-performing business development team. The leader collaborates with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Revenue, executives, bankers, founders, and external counterparties.

Leads corporate accounting automation using AI, scripting, workflow design, and financial systems integrations. Owns consolidations, technical accounting, lease and software capitalization, compensation accounting, external reporting, audit support, reconciliations, and SOX-compliant controls. Builds dashboards, exception reporting, automated variance commentary, and scalable workpapers while partnering with Finance Systems, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT, Data, and auditors.

Lead performance and reliability initiatives across Sonos embedded player APIs and control components. Design architectural improvements, optimize player-to-app and player-to-cloud communication, analyze telemetry, and resolve complex multithreaded system issues. Collaborate with App, Cloud, Security, Data, UX, PM, and QA teams while mentoring engineers, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and presenting technical proposals to leadership.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support cloud-based software services used by customers, internal teams, and partners. Participate across the software development lifecycle in an agile environment, including code and design reviews. Maintain production services through monitoring, deployments, on-call support, and incident response. Build automated testing and CI/CD processes while ensuring security, scalability, cost efficiency, and performance. Use generative AI coding tools to improve development productivity.

Design and improve software development processes, workflows, tools, and operating mechanisms across Sonos. Build AI-enabled engineering workflows, automate operational work, develop productivity and quality metrics, improve planning and capacity systems, and identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks. Partner with engineering teams and technical leaders to implement scalable improvements, measure outcomes, and communicate findings across technical and non-technical audiences.

Design and develop real-time embedded system software for audio products. Responsibilities include embedded Linux and U-Boot bring-up, Linux kernel driver and HAL development, board-level debugging, BSP and vendor SDK integration, performance optimization, hardware-software troubleshooting, and unit and integration testing. The role partners with silicon and component vendors and supports platform modernization across ARM SoCs, microcontrollers, radios, and peripherals.

Designs and develops real-time embedded system software for audio platforms. Responsibilities include Linux and U-Boot bring-up, board and hardware debugging, BSP and vendor SDK integration, HAL development, device driver work, system testing, performance optimization, and platform modernization. The engineer collaborates with silicon and component vendors and supports hardware teams across ARM SoCs, microcontrollers, radios, peripherals, and operating system boundaries.

Lead confidential, high-impact executive and senior searches end-to-end, build market maps and talent intelligence, advise senior leaders on hiring strategy, manage search partners, and strengthen TA through coaching, advanced sourcing, and reusable search resources.

Design and own end-to-end cloud and on-prem infrastructure blueprints, drive IaC standards, collaborate with network/security/product teams, automate release processes, evaluate new technologies, act as escalation SME for incidents, and mentor operations teams on reliability and change management.
