Lead and build a Product Execution Leader (PEL) organization to deliver consumer products from exploration through GA. Own NPI program execution, manufacturing readiness, supply strategy, BOM release, cost and budget discipline, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team capabilities across global operations.

Contribute to embedded firmware development in C/C++ for Sonos products. Implement features and bug fixes with senior guidance, debug on-device issues using logs and traces, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in code reviews, and improve reliability via testing, tooling, and automation. Support APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities across the Sonos ecosystem while learning systems for playback, device communication, and partner integrations.

Design and implement real-time software for audio systems, maintain Linux drivers, debug hardware, and improve system performance.
