Leads FP&A activities including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI development. Partners with senior leaders to guide financial decisions, manages a senior analyst, and improves finance systems and data processes. Oversees OneStream and related infrastructure, automates reporting, ensures data integrity, and supports operational alignment with financial objectives.

Own the insurance product vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for small business customers. Lead agile delivery, business cases, test-and-learn initiatives, regulatory and carrier compliance, competitor analysis, and profitable growth across state portfolios. Partner with technology, marketing, and legal teams, communicate product strategies to stakeholders, mentor junior employees, and improve internal processes using SQL, Looker, and Amplitude insights.

Sell commercial insurance through inbound and outbound calls, consult with small-business customers, cross-sell coverage, meet sales and quality targets, maintain accurate policy information, follow compliance standards, and provide timely customer follow-up. The role also contributes feedback to test-and-learn initiatives that improve growth and customer experience.
