Lead and coach a team of Licensed Service Agents in the Customer Solutions Center, manage performance metrics and quality, oversee Zendesk queue and ticket SLAs, collaborate cross-functionally on operational and compliance initiatives, drive change management and skill diversification, and support automation and Gen AI/chatbot servicing rollouts.

Design and produce high-quality digital assets for paid social, web, email, and programmatic campaigns; run iterative A/B creative tests with Growth Marketing; maintain brand consistency and design systems in Figma; create motion graphics and basic video edits; prepare assets for web developers and support landing page layouts to improve conversion performance.
