JD Soteldo knows all about new. As a new hire on the Keep Calm Carrier On team, one of his responsibilities is to help develop new products. But with the support he’s gotten from his team, he’s never felt like the odd one out. There were unfamiliar processes to learn, people to meet and company values to internalize, but onboarding felt easy. “It’s been exciting to learn about all of the systems and standards in place that help ensure the team is always deploying the best code possible,” he said.
