Lead and coach a team of Licensed Service Agents in the Customer Solutions Center, manage performance metrics and quality, oversee Zendesk queue and ticket SLAs, collaborate cross-functionally on operational and compliance initiatives, drive change management and skill diversification, and support automation and Gen AI/chatbot servicing rollouts.

Lead strategy and execution for SEO, GEO and LLM-driven discoverability. Build data-driven roadmaps, technical automations, AI agents and RAG tooling. Run experiments, maintain visibility dashboards, and partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, content, and agencies to scale search and AI-driven growth.

Respond to inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and email using Zendesk. Resolve policy issues, process cancellations, rewrites, and renewals; send certificates and policy documents; update account information and payments; manage callbacks and follow-ups; and identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
