Provide first-line IT service desk support to employees across the UK and US. Troubleshoot desktop, cloud, SaaS, operating system, access, and audio-visual issues; manage incidents, service requests, and joiner-mover-leaver processes; maintain equipment stock and administrative records; and contribute to self-service, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads FP&A activities including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI development. Oversees OneStream and related infrastructure, automates reporting, ensures data integrity, and supports operational alignment with financial objectives.

Own the insurance product vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for small business customers. Lead agile delivery, business cases, test-and-learn initiatives, regulatory and carrier compliance, competitor analysis, and profitable growth across state portfolios. Partner with technology, marketing, and legal teams, communicate product strategies to stakeholders, mentor junior employees, and improve internal processes using SQL, Looker, and Amplitude insights.

Leads brand strategy and go-to-market initiatives to increase brand awareness and business growth. Oversees positioning, messaging, creative campaigns, PR, social media, SEO, LLM visibility, partnerships, content strategy, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional marketing programs. Manages and mentors the Brand and GTM team while using data to optimize brand performance and customer acquisition.

Lead Simply Business’s public relations and social media strategy, including earned media, executive communications, agency management, crisis response, storytelling, media relations, social channel execution, community management, and performance reporting. The role will increase brand visibility, thought leadership, and LLM citation through integrated communications across insurance and small-business audiences.

Leads month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal review, audit preparation, statutory compliance, internal control optimization, cash management, and financial modeling. Partners with transactional finance teams, oversees workflows, improves automation, and supports strategic growth initiatives. Requires strong accounting expertise, CPA certification, ERP experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
