As a Tree Climber, you'll perform tree care tasks including pruning, removals, and cable bracing while ensuring safety and excellent client service.

Own day-to-day relationships with the company's largest national clients, resolve escalations by coordinating local branches, ensure scheduling/reporting/invoicing/compliance run smoothly, lead business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention.

Lead P&L and operational performance for ~50 branches across the Western US. Coach and develop district/branch managers, drive EBITDA, oversee integrations, enforce safety, staffing, sales effectiveness (Sandler), marketing alignment, and continuous improvement.

Own commercial compliance across contracts, COIs, bids/RFPs, prevailing wage research, and GSA Schedule administration. Review and redline contracts, track milestones, prepare bid documentation, submit GSA reports, and coordinate with payroll and external agencies to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
