Oversees daily operations to improve efficiency, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and profitability. Must obtain and maintain required commercial pesticide certification within one year and meet physical lifting requirements.

Perform hands-on tree care tasks including pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, operating chainsaws and rigging, and climbing. Follow safety protocols, provide client service, learn species identification, and develop arboriculture skills through training.

Leads enterprise operations strategy, workforce optimization, continuous improvement, and transformation across a distributed field organization. Develops labor, capacity, productivity, financial, and operational models; identifies improvement opportunities; builds business cases; and drives cross-functional initiatives from analysis through implementation and sustained adoption. Establishes KPIs, reporting, standard work, governance, and change-management practices while partnering with executive, field, finance, HR, IT, and analytics leaders to improve productivity, profitability, and execution consistency.
