Leads ad hoc and deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and root cause analysis for Cloud Success leadership. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, translates complex findings into executive recommendations, and owns analytical projects from problem framing through presentation. The role also requires advanced SQL, visualization expertise, strategic business partnering, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior analysts.

Designs and builds production computer-use AI agents that combine LLM reasoning with deterministic execution. Develops backend services, workflow state management, recovery, verification, evaluations, and diagnostics. Partners directly with customers to prototype and improve automation, shapes architecture and technical direction, evaluates models and tools, mentors engineers, conducts design reviews, and supports hiring. Requires hands-on experience operating complex backend and LLM-powered systems in production.

Own and exceed quota for Salesforce Sales Performance Management products across Federal, State and Local Government, and Higher Education customers. Build sales strategy, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, lead executive discovery, coordinate with account teams and partners, navigate public-sector procurement and compliance, maintain pipeline forecasts, and expand pilot deployments into enterprise rollouts.
