Lead Yardi Commercial Suite implementations, configurations, optimizations, integrations, testing, reporting, and client support across real estate accounting, construction, job cost, PayScan, procurement, and fixed assets. Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops, design workflows, manage project delivery, train clients, support deployment, and mentor junior staff. The role requires deep Yardi expertise, commercial real estate accounting knowledge, strong client communication, and project leadership.

Provides financial consulting and accounting advisory services to gaming, casino, resort, hotel, and hospitality clients. Leads technical accounting, internal controls, process improvement, profitability analysis, cash management, financial reporting, automation, and advisory engagements. Manages project teams, coordinates work plans and deliverables, supports go-live activities, identifies performance improvements, develops client relationships, and mentors staff. Requires strong accounting expertise, leadership, communication skills, and extensive travel.

Leads enterprise transformation and organizational change engagements, advising executive stakeholders on adoption, readiness, communications, training, and benefits realization. Oversees multiple client engagements, develops change management strategies, supports business development and thought leadership, and expands consulting offerings. Builds client relationships, mentors consulting teams, supports recruiting, and monitors transformation outcomes. Travel of up to 50% throughout Canada and the United States is required.
