Lead product commercialization and lifecycle for affinity ligands and chromatography resins. Define roadmap, develop business cases, collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams, manage launches, pricing, and go-to-market activities, and support customer engagements and industry representation to drive market expansion and product performance.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux software (C++/Python) for scientific instrumentation. Work on BSPs, device trees, drivers, and hardware interfaces; integrate and debug electromechanical systems with electrical and firmware teams; support verification, product releases, and documentation.

Manage cross‑functional R&D New Product Introduction projects from design through launch. Create and maintain project plans, identify and mitigate risks, drive decisions, coordinate multi‑site teams, report status to stakeholders, and support DHF execution and process improvement.
