Build and operate scalable bioinformatics pipelines, data platforms, APIs, SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure for biotechnology research. The role owns workflow orchestration, containerized execution, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, incident prevention, data delivery, and engineering standards. It partners with computational biology, machine learning, and laboratory teams while developing agentic workflows and reliable systems supporting scientific discovery, preclinical development, and clinical analyses.

Owns end-to-end HR operations for a growing two-country biotech, including HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits and total rewards, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, leave administration, vendor management, and executive reporting. Partners with leadership to advise managers, improve HR processes, maintain employment policies, and scale people infrastructure across U.S. and Swiss operations.

Develop deep learning methods for protein language modeling, structural modeling, and multimodal representation learning of TCR-pMHC interactions. Apply machine learning, statistics, computational biology, and data science to complex biological datasets while collaborating with wet-lab scientists. The role includes training and fine-tuning protein and structure-prediction models, building AI pipelines, and using rational structure-based and physics-informed approaches to support therapeutic discovery.
