Lead end-to-end delivery of AI implementations for state and local government HHS clients: plan sprints, manage risks, coordinate engineering/data science teams, oversee AI validation and governance, and serve as primary client-facing project lead to drive milestones and successful go-live.

Manage technology projects from $100,000 to $3,000,000+, overseeing software development, implementing project management best practices, and ensuring stakeholder communication. Provide team support and lead conflict resolution efforts while maintaining project accountability.
