Leads legacy data migration into SaaS platforms by assessing sources, designing conversion strategies, executing ETL workflows, mapping and transforming data, validating integrity, and managing PII. Engages clients to gather requirements, document business processes, support governance and data quality, coordinate implementation teams, and develop reusable methodologies and training materials.

Provides leadership and strategic direction for education technology consulting and business development. Identifies revenue opportunities involving agency data ingestion, reporting, and technology services; analyzes public education technology markets; develops client relationships and solution offerings; leads teams, conference strategies, and speaking engagements; and supports the development, bidding, and winning of management consulting engagements.

Implement and configure SaaS platforms for public-sector clients, including custom forms, workflows, integrations, APIs, and software components. Troubleshoot and upgrade systems, document business processes and technical designs, support testing and project plans, and advise stakeholders on risks and delivery strategies. The role also contributes to system modernization, business development, and RFP activities while working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid development methodologies.
