Manage and grow Pitch Labs' social media presence: schedule and post content, engage the community and influencers, create on-brand content, track and analyze performance, collaborate with marketing and creative teams, and attend weekly meetings while responding to communications within 24 hours.

Lead and oversee volunteer HR operations: supervise/train HROs, manage recruiting and onboarding via Dover ATS, maintain HR documentation and systems, run meetings and strategic HR initiatives, support Executive Director on DEI and people strategy, and cover day-to-day volunteer HR duties.

Volunteer Discord moderator responsible for enforcing community guidelines, reviewing user content, answering member questions, fostering positive engagement, planning events, and supporting server growth. Attend biweekly meetings, respond to messages within 24 hours, contribute ideas to improve moderation and community dynamics, and help execute outreach and promotional plans. Minimum 8 hours/week for at least six months.
