Provides Level 3 technical support for Philips healthcare products, diagnosing complex hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues. Leads global product support strategy, escalation resolution, service processes, reliability monitoring, training, communications, continuous improvement, and end-of-life planning. Partners with field teams, customers, R&D, and functional management to improve product performance, reduce ownership costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Develop and test full-stack software for a real-time hospital patient monitoring platform. Responsibilities include designing scalable and reliable components, writing technical specifications, implementing software solutions, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, optimizing performance, and applying engineering best practices in an Agile environment. The role uses C#, .NET, React, GraphQL, databases, and cloud-native technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead clinical input into robotic-assisted, image-guided therapy product development. Design and support clinical, preclinical, usability and evidence-generation studies, engage key opinion leaders, translate clinical workflows into design requirements, support physician education and conferences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate innovations. Onsite in Cambridge, MA; travel up to 20%.
