Serves as the primary legal advisor for the BioTel business, supporting sales, contracting, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory matters, M&A, and new business models. Drafts and negotiates commercial, healthcare, procurement, payor, service, and research agreements; manages legal risks and outside counsel; delivers compliance training; and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. Requires independent counsel, strategic planning, policy development, and potential oversight of legal staff.

Leads the long-range architecture vision and technology roadmap for Philips ultrasound imaging platforms. Owns system-level architecture across hardware, software, imaging, transducers, and clinical requirements; governs major technical trade-offs from concept through launch; directs modeling, prototyping, integration, verification, validation, and risk reduction; and influences senior leaders, suppliers, and technology partners while mentoring architects and senior engineers.

Design visual and interaction experiences for Philips advanced imaging software used in cath labs. Responsibilities include maintaining a design system, creating production-ready mockups and prototypes, conducting usability evaluations, translating clinician needs into workflows, and partnering with engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, and marketing teams through product release.
