Lead end-to-end cloud architecture for healthcare payer applications across mobile, web, APIs, microservices, and integration systems. Drive Generative AI adoption throughout the SDLC, including coding, testing, reviews, and documentation. Provide hands-on Java, Spring Boot, React Native, and Angular development leadership; collaborate with executives, product managers, engineers, and QA; ensure HIPAA and HITRUST compliance; and develop and defend project estimates and technical architectures.

Manage Salesforce implementation projects in an Agile environment: run Scrum ceremonies, track sprints, create timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, communicate status, resolve technical issues, and ensure deliveries meet client and internal goals. Apply AI knowledge and insurance/financial services domain expertise to drive solutions.

The role involves leading product strategy and execution, managing product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
