Creates technical documentation for Ocient’s unified data platform, especially data-loading functionality. Partners with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, manage writing timelines and review cycles, communicate progress, and deliver accurate, user-focused content. The role requires strong technical writing, organization, collaboration, and project management skills, with familiarity in databases or data warehouses. AI, SQL, Markdown, docs-as-code, and technical diagram experience are advantageous.

Lead Ocient’s National Security Solutions sales segment by executing the go-to-market plan, generating pipeline, closing business, building and coaching a high-performing sales team, improving forecasting discipline, and partnering with the Solutions leader on a unified demo-led sales motion. The role reports to the CRO and requires experience selling into national security, defense, or intelligence markets, along with the ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Ocients database solutions. Translate customer problems into feature specifications, prioritize high-value work, collaborate with technical PMs, sales, and marketing, drive complex projects to delivery, and engage directly with customers and partners on large-scale data ingest, warehousing, and analytics use cases.
